COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Watlow BHN715C5W-9 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Dodge products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rex parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Tsubaki product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Dodge such as the DBSS spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the EAEA066639546 manufactured by Rex and we are pleased to be able to service most Rex systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CSM370A30HLAB40 by Manufacturer Tsubaki as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Dage Brand BT22LC29A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sumitomo such as CNHM054085YA6 equipment made by Sumitomo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sumitomo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sumitomo" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available EPLN34010G090B04 made by Gam as well as the popular DFT90S4BM62THACC4 original spares produced by Sew Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the F239D24B7 by Boston and CNHM054085YA6 spares by Sumitomo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DTMQ2322 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Grove. |
