COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Watlow A18T-1DD0-00RG parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Baldor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Westinghouse parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Baldor product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Baldor such as the ZD18H425EO spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the A201L4A manufactured by Westinghouse and we are pleased to be able to service most Westinghouse systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature IHH510E by Manufacturer Baldor as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Cutler-Hammer Brand D73WTSP7646DD0S in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Astec such as LPS255 equipment made by Astec have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Astec products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Astec" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 20DD011A3EYNANANE made by Allen-bradley as well as the popular 9610N10A403 original spares produced by Watlow Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 2711PK10C6D1 by Allen-Bradley and LPS255 spares by Astec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 6ES71532BA020XB0 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Siemens. |
