COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Watlow 93AB-1DD1-00RR parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Efa-Automazione-Srl products, including obsoleted and phased-out Renishaw parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Keyence product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Efa-Automazione-Srl such as the FLY120 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PHC10 manufactured by Renishaw and we are pleased to be able to service most Renishaw systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MT100 by Manufacturer Keyence as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Asm Brand 6420870 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Nais such as AIGT1000BT32 equipment made by Nais have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nais products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nais" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 306153 made by Unico as well as the popular 2094AM02S original spares produced by Allen-Bradley Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the P51DO by American and AIGT1000BT32 spares by Nais are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 70357528211001150002500 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Jumo. |
