COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Warner M1-D024-0025-A02-LN-M parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Westinghouse products, including obsoleted and phased-out Warren parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Wieland product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Westinghouse such as the 4256A10G01 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 020064000 manufactured by Warren and we are pleased to be able to service most Warren systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 8100060310 by Manufacturer Wieland as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Win-Systems Brand MCMCPU2A2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Welker such as SB2N050A010D001C000 equipment made by Welker have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Welker products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Welker" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SSW050060T2246EPZ made by Weg as well as the popular HMA31250TM original spares produced by Westinghouse Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 6111000086 by Weber-Ultrasonics and SB2N050A010D001C000 spares by Welker are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PC200031 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Westinghouse. |
