COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Warner Linear K2G20-115V-BR-18 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Woodward products, including obsoleted and phased-out Web-Printing parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Westinghouse product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Woodward such as the 5437080 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 80013600 manufactured by Web-Printing and we are pleased to be able to service most Web-Printing systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 9996D12 by Manufacturer Westinghouse as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Watt-Stopper Brand BZ50RC in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Weg such as 10686733 equipment made by Weg have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Weg products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Weg" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available TK670iQ made by Weinview as well as the popular MT8051iP original spares produced by Weinview Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the K2G20115VBR18 by Warner-Linear and 10686733 spares by Weg are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1281C57G01R Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Westinghouse. |
