COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Warner Linear K2G20-115V-BR-08 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Wavetek products, including obsoleted and phased-out Welker parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Westinghouse product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Wavetek such as the 8502 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the WS6 manufactured by Welker and we are pleased to be able to service most Welker systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature A204A2AAABLT by Manufacturer Westinghouse as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Wenglor Brand YT7MGV80S652 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Weld-aid such as MYUK03UL equipment made by Weld-aid have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Weld-aid products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Weld-aid" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 4010090101 made by Willett as well as the popular DC2160S40000 original spares produced by Watlow Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 2045A41G03 by Westinghouse and MYUK03UL spares by Weld-aid are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MB9NUUG0 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Wonst. |
