COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Warner Electric 5115-631-002 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Weber products, including obsoleted and phased-out Watlow parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Winsmith product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Weber such as the 402624KW spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 922A5BB0C000 manufactured by Watlow and we are pleased to be able to service most Watlow systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature E7MDNS21000FA by Manufacturer Winsmith as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Wika Brand 90715532 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Weinview such as TK6051iP equipment made by Weinview have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Weinview products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Weinview" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available M610 made by Westinghouse as well as the popular A200M6CXZ2DX original spares produced by Westinghouse Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the M1D0240100A04LN by Warner-Linear and TK6051iP spares by Weinview are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SSW060604T227ESZ Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Weg. |
