COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Warner Electric 01-D024-0050-A06-LP-IP65 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Westinghouse products, including obsoleted and phased-out Watlow parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Wintriss-Controls product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Westinghouse such as the 2837A58G01 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DC2160S40000 manufactured by Watlow and we are pleased to be able to service most Watlow systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature D42523 by Manufacturer Wintriss-Controls as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Weg Brand EXSSW70200T5SZ in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Wilson-Manufacturing such as 13824001X027502302 equipment made by Wilson-Manufacturing have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Wilson-Manufacturing products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Wilson-Manufacturing" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 1367D69G01 made by Westinghouse as well as the popular FIS00030135 original spares produced by Wenglor Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 70003695BA by Whedco and 13824001X027502302 spares by Wilson-Manufacturing are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original D2405B524C Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Warner-Electric. |
