COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Warner 8110-448-083 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Wavetek products, including obsoleted and phased-out Weld-aid parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Whedco product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Wavetek such as the 8502 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MYUK03UL manufactured by Weld-aid and we are pleased to be able to service most Weld-aid systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 78006015 by Manufacturer Whedco as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Warner-Linear Brand K2XG20115V18 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Weg such as EXSSW70255T5SH1Z equipment made by Weg have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Weg products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Weg" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MC11511B made by Whedco as well as the popular DC1048P00000 original spares produced by Watlow Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the OCP801P0150E by Wenglor and EXSSW70255T5SH1Z spares by Weg are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original JDB2225W Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Westinghouse. |
