COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Wantai 42BYGHW811 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Elektrimax products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dayton parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Atlas-Copco product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Elektrimax such as the 33NFM33318 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 2H577 manufactured by Dayton and we are pleased to be able to service most Dayton systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 4230180380 by Manufacturer Atlas-Copco as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Dayton Brand 2YB84 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Abb such as 3GAA114001ASB equipment made by Abb have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Abb products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Abb" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 3PM56S17T270AE made by Marathon as well as the popular 375GA7114AB original spares produced by Burks-Pumps Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 40013901262WLQM2A50AB1 by Falk-Omnibox and 3GAA114001ASB spares by Abb are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 26Q40R56 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Baldor. |
