COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Walter Titex E3111-43 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Warner-Linear products, including obsoleted and phased-out Wedgewood parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Westinghouse product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Warner-Linear such as the K2G3024VBR18R120 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BT60515TC manufactured by Wedgewood and we are pleased to be able to service most Wedgewood systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature A200M3CACD by Manufacturer Westinghouse as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Westronics Brand MBCU in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Warner-Linear such as K2ESO2G3090VBR05R90AE equipment made by Warner-Linear have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Warner-Linear products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Warner-Linear" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available K2XG2012V18 made by Warner-Linear as well as the popular 7010G original spares produced by Waring Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CFW08073BDN4A1Z by Weg and K2ESO2G3090VBR05R90AE spares by Warner-Linear are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 7115448003 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Warner-Electric. |
