COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Walter Titex E3111-39.6 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Warner-Linear products, including obsoleted and phased-out Weinview parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Warner product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Warner-Linear such as the K2G2024VBR08 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TK6050iP manufactured by Weinview and we are pleased to be able to service most Weinview systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PS08 by Manufacturer Warner as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Westinghouse Brand HFA370 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Weber-Screwdriving-Systems-Inc such as 1121686 equipment made by Weber-Screwdriving-Systems-Inc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Weber-Screwdriving-Systems-Inc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Weber-Screwdriving-Systems-Inc" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MT506LV made by Weitek as well as the popular CB525A01 original spares produced by Westronics Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 90715532 by Wika and 1121686 spares by Weber-Screwdriving-Systems-Inc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 5879C98G02 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Westinghouse. |
