COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Walter G2012.16L-5T40SX-P parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Westinghouse products, including obsoleted and phased-out Wed parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Westinghouse product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Westinghouse such as the 313C370G0 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ODG manufactured by Wed and we are pleased to be able to service most Wed systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 88PC119 by Manufacturer Westinghouse as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Weg Brand SSW060255T227ESZ in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Weed-Instrument such as 45101BA3CN0035A10BZ006 equipment made by Weed-Instrument have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Weed-Instrument products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Weed-Instrument" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CB10049201 made by Westronics as well as the popular 2608D26G02 original spares produced by Westinghouse Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PDHS26 by Western-Servo-Design and 45101BA3CN0035A10BZ006 spares by Weed-Instrument are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 5879C98G02 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Westinghouse. |
