COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Walter G2012.08R-3T16SX-P parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Warner--Swasey products, including obsoleted and phased-out Weinman parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Weinview product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Warner--Swasey such as the 894051862 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 2095CV100P52 manufactured by Weinman and we are pleased to be able to service most Weinman systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TK670iH by Manufacturer Weinview as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Watlow Brand 641802 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Westinghouse such as W210M2CFC7 equipment made by Westinghouse have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Westinghouse products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Westinghouse" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 10711 made by Webb as well as the popular 6557686003 original spares produced by Warner-Electric Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PC31F25B0000 by Watlow and W210M2CFC7 spares by Westinghouse are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original Gfm2A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Westinghouse. |
