COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Vulcain 301-EM-US3 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Watlow products, including obsoleted and phased-out Wandfluh parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Walter product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Watlow such as the DB3060F00000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 7272122 manufactured by Wandfluh and we are pleased to be able to service most Wandfluh systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature B3213DF13 by Manufacturer Walter as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Westinghouse Brand 1295089 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Warner-Linear such as M1D0240100A04LN equipment made by Warner-Linear have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Warner-Linear products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Warner-Linear" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available OP50000BampRA7 made by Wachendorff-Elektronik as well as the popular A206W1MDAB5J2LN4TT2 original spares produced by Westinghouse Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MYUK03UL by Weld-aid and M1D0240100A04LN spares by Warner-Linear are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MCS2000DRV Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Warner. |
