COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Volkmann 71139AA parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Wagner products, including obsoleted and phased-out Warrick-Controls parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Walter-Titex product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Wagner such as the 7905 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1C1C0 manufactured by Warrick-Controls and we are pleased to be able to service most Warrick-Controls systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature E3111316 by Manufacturer Walter-Titex as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Wdi Brand ATF6 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Weg such as SSW7071T5SZ equipment made by Weg have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Weg products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Weg" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 61161362 made by Vwr as well as the popular E311177 original spares produced by Walter-Titex Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the K2xG1012v12 by Warner-Linear and SSW7071T5SZ spares by Weg are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 8304 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Weldotron. |
