COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Vmi ACC-76799-R360-N-TDC parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Von-Ruden products, including obsoleted and phased-out Warner-Linear parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Vmic product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Von-Ruden such as the OHLA spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the K2XG2024V12 manufactured by Warner-Linear and we are pleased to be able to service most Warner-Linear systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature VMIPCI by Manufacturer Vmic as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Weinview Brand MT671IP in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Welker such as WP2N050A020D001A000 equipment made by Welker have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Welker products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Welker" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available K2G10115VBR12 made by Warner-Linear as well as the popular TK6051iP original spares produced by Weinview Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 259AT by Wer-Electrostat and WP2N050A020D001A000 spares by Welker are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original EXSSW7007T5SZ Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Weg. |
