COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Vmi ACC-76799-R360-N-TDC parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Warner products, including obsoleted and phased-out Walter-Titex parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Warner product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Warner such as the 817448018 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the E3111406 manufactured by Walter-Titex and we are pleased to be able to service most Walter-Titex systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 8110448083 by Manufacturer Warner as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Wenglor Brand CP24MHT80 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Welyer such as SB4N050A010D001B000 equipment made by Welyer have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Welyer products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Welyer" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 75838310 made by Vwr as well as the popular EXSSW70024T5SZ original spares produced by Weg Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BZ50RC by Watt-Stopper and SB4N050A010D001B000 spares by Welyer are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MCS638A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Warner-Electric. |
