COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Vision System Denso DTC75M2C1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Weinview products, including obsoleted and phased-out Wachendorff parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Walter product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Weinview such as the MT8121X spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the OP14E000 manufactured by Wachendorff and we are pleased to be able to service most Wachendorff systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature G20121616R2T16SXP by Manufacturer Walter as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Westinghouse Brand 4156A48G01 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Warner-Electric such as 7600448001 equipment made by Warner-Electric have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Warner-Electric products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Warner-Electric" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available WD3DV7 made by Washing as well as the popular 112560000 original spares produced by Waldmann Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ATF4 by Wdi and 7600448001 spares by Warner-Electric are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original K2xG1012v12 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Warner-Linear. |
