COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Vishay 981HE0A1ZD8H010016 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Abb products, including obsoleted and phased-out Yamatake parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Wenglor product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Abb such as the ACS5010106X00P2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SDC35056R16000800 manufactured by Yamatake and we are pleased to be able to service most Yamatake systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature UF66VCF3 by Manufacturer Wenglor as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Wintriss Brand 4152200 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Watt-Stopper such as LMRC213 equipment made by Watt-Stopper have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Watt-Stopper products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Watt-Stopper" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 2269402 made by Rosemount as well as the popular 57330001YDSBB110A original spares produced by Abb Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 0115101120042 by Rosemount and LMRC213 spares by Watt-Stopper are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 10X20EP40 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Harris. |
