COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the View Engineering 2107800- parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Vortex products, including obsoleted and phased-out Vmic parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Westinghouse product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Vortex such as the DVC45X35MG spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the VMIVME7648 manufactured by Vmic and we are pleased to be able to service most Vmic systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 2045A40G by Manufacturer Westinghouse as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Weg Brand SSW060205T227ESZ in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Weber such as 438224 equipment made by Weber have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Weber products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Weber" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PC20F20B0000 made by Watlow as well as the popular E3111297 original spares produced by Walter-Titex Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the K2XG20115V18 by Warner-Linear and 438224 spares by Weber are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original mcs2000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Warner-Electric. |
