COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Video Jet EXCEL-178IAF parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Idec products, including obsoleted and phased-out Iq-Automation parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Baldor product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Idec such as the HG2RSB62YHMK1175 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FK150SDRFDCSG manufactured by Iq-Automation and we are pleased to be able to service most Iq-Automation systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature GV3000EACO44AADBU by Manufacturer Baldor as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Microscan Brand FIS089001016 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Balzers such as IMG300 equipment made by Balzers have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Balzers products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Balzers" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available IC698CPE010AA made by Fanuc as well as the popular IC3600TPSE1 original spares produced by Fanuc Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the GV3000SE10V4160 by Reliance-Electric and IMG300 spares by Balzers are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original FVR110G5S4ZB Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Regatron. |
