COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Victaulic 232-05 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Weildmuller products, including obsoleted and phased-out Weschler parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Weidmuller product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Weildmuller such as the 7940005471 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the WTD020J manufactured by Weschler and we are pleased to be able to service most Weschler systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 8581220000 by Manufacturer Weidmuller as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Visolux Brand MV4 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Vishay such as 981HE0A1ZD8H010016 equipment made by Vishay have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Vishay products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Vishay" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 3HAB8101610A made by Abb as well as the popular STD920E1P000005D7E9 original spares produced by Yamatake Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 57088443 by Abb and 981HE0A1ZD8H010016 spares by Vishay are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PR20S0505T1B Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Yaskawa. |
