COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Vickers DG4V30BMU760 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Warner--Swasey products, including obsoleted and phased-out Warner--Swasey parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Waco product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Warner--Swasey such as the 8940577 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 894051812 manufactured by Warner--Swasey and we are pleased to be able to service most Warner--Swasey systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ASP16R175 by Manufacturer Waco as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Warner-Electric Brand MCS2041 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Warner--Swasey such as 894051862 equipment made by Warner--Swasey have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Warner--Swasey products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Warner--Swasey" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SB4N100A010D001A000 made by Welker as well as the popular EXSSW70200T5SZ original spares produced by Weg Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 9200 by Waters-Equipment and 894051862 spares by Warner--Swasey are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CFW080220TDN4A1Z Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Weg. |
