COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Vibromatic 2G-1R parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Vortex products, including obsoleted and phased-out Warner-Linear parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Vipa product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Vortex such as the DVC457MG spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the K2G1012VBR18 manufactured by Warner-Linear and we are pleased to be able to service most Warner-Linear systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 62KNHC0DH by Manufacturer Vipa as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Walter-Titex Brand E3111416 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Warner-Linear such as M1D120100A04LP equipment made by Warner-Linear have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Warner-Linear products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Warner-Linear" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 7001714011 made by Ward-Leonard as well as the popular PC21N20B1000 original spares produced by Watlow Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BP140 by Weeke and M1D120100A04LP spares by Warner-Linear are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original EXSSW70200T5SZ Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Weg. |
