COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Vexta KXSM5150HG1-BL parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Horrigan products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mitsubishi parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Mitsubishi product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Horrigan such as the HMC12441184 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HCUSF43B manufactured by Mitsubishi and we are pleased to be able to service most Mitsubishi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HCMF13D by Manufacturer Mitsubishi as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Fanuc Brand IC800VMM04LBKSE25A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sumtak such as IRS6201024001 equipment made by Sumtak have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sumtak products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sumtak" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available JM3155 made by Baldor as well as the popular KOD5681BXFGS2S19S194SBX original spares produced by Georgii-Kobold Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HP2002010A095SS538 by Mectrol and IRS6201024001 spares by Sumtak are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original KA7207LPB039Z Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Schorch. |
