COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Vexta BXM5120-GFH2 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Atlas-Copco products, including obsoleted and phased-out Okuma parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Lincoln product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Atlas-Copco such as the BSM43180CR25 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BLMC200E12SB manufactured by Okuma and we are pleased to be able to service most Okuma systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BVMCCN4P1 by Manufacturer Lincoln as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has A.-O.-Smith Brand BK3205L in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Num such as BPG0952N5BA3CV2 equipment made by Num have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Num products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Num" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available BLH100E12S made by Okuma as well as the popular AMPH112MBA4 original spares produced by Lafert Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ACF0706T by National and BPG0952N5BA3CV2 spares by Num are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original AKM24FENM2C00 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Danaher. |
