COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Vevor d770066615373127 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Vortec products, including obsoleted and phased-out Warner-Linear parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Walter product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Vortec such as the 7770 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the K2XG2012V12 manufactured by Warner-Linear and we are pleased to be able to service most Warner-Linear systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature NCBE32C600RGX24421 by Manufacturer Walter as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Warner-Linear Brand K2G20115VBR18 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Warner-Linear such as K2G1012VBR12 equipment made by Warner-Linear have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Warner-Linear products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Warner-Linear" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available BZ50RC made by Watt-Stopper as well as the popular DG4V32CMFWB660 original spares produced by Vickers Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the M1D0240025A02LNM by Warner and K2G1012VBR12 spares by Warner-Linear are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original cMTSVR200 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Weinview. |
