COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Vevor CXZGC00219154279551 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Vishay products, including obsoleted and phased-out Vitec parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Watlow product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Vishay such as the EA13062RF350 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 60288546RA manufactured by Vitec and we are pleased to be able to service most Vitec systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TLME311 by Manufacturer Watlow as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Vexta Brand K650D in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Walter such as M3024063B220604 equipment made by Walter have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Walter products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Walter" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available M5009050B220605 made by Walter as well as the popular E3111386 original spares produced by Walter-Titex Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the G20122525L6T40SXP by Walter and M3024063B220604 spares by Walter are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 6111000086 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Weber-Ultrasonics. |
