COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Versamotion IC800VMA042-BB parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Vertiv products, including obsoleted and phased-out Vlsi parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Warner-Linear product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Vertiv such as the GT3HD50 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RS3201 manufactured by Vlsi and we are pleased to be able to service most Vlsi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature K2G1012VBR18 by Manufacturer Warner-Linear as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Warner Brand D3610A504NT in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Warner-Linear such as K2G1012VBR06 equipment made by Warner-Linear have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Warner-Linear products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Warner-Linear" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available TZ10GL5NXYHZZVIB made by Vickers as well as the popular FAST0M4030000216 original spares produced by Vickers Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 7600448001 by Warner-Electric and K2G1012VBR06 spares by Warner-Linear are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original D2405B524C Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Warner-Electric. |
