COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Vernitech 23-250-AQ-PU5-1L1-1435-01 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Walchem products, including obsoleted and phased-out Warner parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Walter-Titex product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Walchem such as the WIND81 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 81744807 manufactured by Warner and we are pleased to be able to service most Warner systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature E3111227 by Manufacturer Walter-Titex as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Warner--Swasey Brand 894051835 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Vevor such as 43fgd00901542684544 equipment made by Vevor have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Vevor products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Vevor" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available G20122525L6T40SXP made by Walter as well as the popular 1B20190403 original spares produced by Warner Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 33701816 by Wagner-Electronics and 43fgd00901542684544 spares by Vevor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 999D22CFMCGR Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Watlow. |
