COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Verithread N8000 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Wintriss products, including obsoleted and phased-out Wilkerson parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Westinghouse product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Wintriss such as the 9671202 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DM4051 manufactured by Wilkerson and we are pleased to be able to service most Wilkerson systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1281C57G04R by Manufacturer Westinghouse as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Wago Brand 750324 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ifm such as PN7202 equipment made by Ifm have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ifm products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ifm" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 02528679004 made by York as well as the popular 981HE0A1ZD8H010016 original spares produced by Vishay Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the mma036s6Nm by Weber and PN7202 spares by Ifm are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original EJA530ADBS4N02NEFF1D1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Yaskawa. |
