COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Velconic VLBSE-04020-C parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Us-Motor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Us-Motor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Inland product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Us-Motor such as the U0175472910031M0001 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the U7P2DAS68 manufactured by Us-Motor and we are pleased to be able to service most Us-Motor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TTB29503026A by Manufacturer Inland as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Kollmorgen Brand TTRB229533113A409 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Kollmorgen such as TF29534011B equipment made by Kollmorgen have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Kollmorgen products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Kollmorgen" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available U1P3D made by U.s.-Motors as well as the popular UC2140A original spares produced by Perfection-Gear Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the V50D1S by Grove-Gear and TF29534011B spares by Kollmorgen are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TS4144N1E36 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Nachi. |
