COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Velconic RA23L2-5500E parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Pacific-Scientific products, including obsoleted and phased-out Reliance parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Reuland product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Pacific-Scientific such as the R34JENCTSNFNV00 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the P18A6104RCB manufactured by Reliance and we are pleased to be able to service most Reliance systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature OLGNE16N2000 by Manufacturer Reuland as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sew Brand R57DT80K4BMG1HRTH2WE in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sew such as R600T100L84 equipment made by Sew have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sew products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sew" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available RA23L25500E made by Velconic as well as the popular R40DT90L6 original spares produced by Eurodrive Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PVB6RSY20CM11 by Tokyo and R600T100L84 spares by Sew are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original R45HCNATSLFNV00 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Pacific-Scientific. |
