COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Vegabar BR52.XMGP1TZKNXS parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Warner-Electric products, including obsoleted and phased-out Warner-Linear parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Viailant-Technologies product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Warner-Electric such as the 10605 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the K2XG2012V18 manufactured by Warner-Linear and we are pleased to be able to service most Warner-Linear systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 5642H256 by Manufacturer Viailant-Technologies as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Vitax-Levomat Brand VLK25 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Vision-System-Denso such as DTC75M2C1 equipment made by Vision-System-Denso have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Vision-System-Denso products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Vision-System-Denso" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available FS3101 made by Warren as well as the popular TF7CACA1AA05000 original spares produced by Vickers Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 20019BAG82T by Volkmann and DTC75M2C1 spares by Vision-System-Denso are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SE1C25A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Videojet. |
