COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Vega WL52.XMX0BTD5EC1X parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Vimarc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Vevor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Walter product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Vimarc such as the BXZ spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 774A008119175250938 manufactured by Vevor and we are pleased to be able to service most Vevor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature M3024063B220504 by Manufacturer Walter as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Warner Brand 51532 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Volkmann such as AD05V4B3N equipment made by Volkmann have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Volkmann products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Volkmann" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available ARN30AT1 made by Vigoservo as well as the popular 985A1BB00000 original spares produced by Watlow Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 4894010 by Warner-And-Swasey and AD05V4B3N spares by Volkmann are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PC20F25B0000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Watlow. |
