COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Vega PS62.UXEAK4PVNAX parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Web-Printing products, including obsoleted and phased-out Vega parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Walter product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Web-Printing such as the 80013600 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PS62UXEAK4PVNAX manufactured by Vega and we are pleased to be able to service most Vega systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature G201210R3T16SXP by Manufacturer Walter as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Walter Brand B3213DF15 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Viatran such as 349ARSK61G equipment made by Viatran have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Viatran products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Viatran" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CXZGC0041281510034124 made by Vevor as well as the popular 81744807 original spares produced by Warner Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SW32UUOP by Warner and 349ARSK61G spares by Viatran are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original K2G2012VBR08 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Warner-Linear. |
