COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Vega BR52.UXGF1VHKNXM parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Visolux products, including obsoleted and phased-out Vendapin parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Warner-Electric product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Visolux such as the LS200DA spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CTD202E manufactured by Vendapin and we are pleased to be able to service most Vendapin systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BP91027512FIM by Manufacturer Warner-Electric as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Warner-Linear Brand K2EP14G10115VBRL10AIT in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Waukesha such as M18BP818336TT equipment made by Waukesha have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Waukesha products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Waukesha" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CDMC05412B made by Warner as well as the popular K2XG20115V18 original spares produced by Warner-Linear Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 922A5BB0C000 by Watlow and M18BP818336TT spares by Waukesha are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 7001714011 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ward-Leonard. |
