COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Varian Semiconductor Equipment E11140140 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Vickers products, including obsoleted and phased-out Vevor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Vigoservo product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Vickers such as the FAST0M4030000216 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the WLKJL0091301524108124 manufactured by Vevor and we are pleased to be able to service most Vevor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ARS13525 by Manufacturer Vigoservo as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Veris Brand PW2LX05S in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Waco such as ASP16R175 equipment made by Waco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Waco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Waco" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MAXY4009W1S4 made by Velmex as well as the popular M1D0120100A06LN original spares produced by Warner-Linear Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 8014B395114 by Ward-Leonard and ASP16R175 spares by Waco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ASD20ASD Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Vexta. |
