COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Valmet Automation A4310082V1.3 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sick products, including obsoleted and phased-out Notifier-Co parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Appleton product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sick such as the CLV6910000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CPU2020 manufactured by Notifier-Co and we are pleased to be able to service most Notifier-Co systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature AEAB3036FDS by Manufacturer Appleton as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Omron Brand CV1000CPU01EV1CV1000CPU01EV1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Caloritech such as CXC220P2 equipment made by Caloritech have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Caloritech products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Caloritech" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CCPDIH01 made by Honeywell as well as the popular DS215UCVAG1AC original spares produced by Ge Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BLIID15ABL2D15A100606118201 by Okuma and CXC220P2 spares by Caloritech are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CACRHR05BB Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Yaskawa. |
