COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Validyne DP15-32-2118 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Adaptive-Micro-Systems products, including obsoleted and phased-out Intercolor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Idec product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Adaptive-Micro-Systems such as the E99201115 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the EZ17 manufactured by Intercolor and we are pleased to be able to service most Intercolor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FT1AC12RAW by Manufacturer Idec as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Elo Brand ET1566L7CWC1G in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Pro-Face such as GP2300LG41 equipment made by Pro-Face have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Pro-Face products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Pro-Face" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available EZT15CFS made by Automation-Direct as well as the popular GDMDD original spares produced by Hach Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the EZCT8CEP by Ez-Automation and GP2300LG41 spares by Pro-Face are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ET3170 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Dynapro. |
