COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Valenite M922899A625-05 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Zemic products, including obsoleted and phased-out Wiegand parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Xertex product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Zemic such as the H9DN320K6B spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HBT40 manufactured by Wiegand and we are pleased to be able to service most Wiegand systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 502 by Manufacturer Xertex as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ifm Brand SI8508SIL000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Wedgewood such as AF4205TC equipment made by Wedgewood have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Wedgewood products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Wedgewood" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MCS625 made by Warner-Electric as well as the popular SAFUC500F500 original spares produced by Abb Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the S3U580 by Wema-Usa and AF4205TC spares by Wedgewood are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BES516324B0C05 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Balluff. |
