COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Valco Melton 155XX317 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Vevor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Warner-Electric parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Warner product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Vevor such as the XZZCX003961580884429 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the R1504927 manufactured by Warner-Electric and we are pleased to be able to service most Warner-Electric systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PS08 by Manufacturer Warner as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Vectron Brand BFR in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Vartech such as VT18R equipment made by Vartech have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Vartech products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Vartech" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MCS2000DRV made by Warner as well as the popular E311136 original spares produced by Walter-Titex Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 5715AM6AAA20 by Viatran and VT18R spares by Vartech are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DF26BDT90L4KS Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Vervarimot. |
