COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Vaisala MT5120601 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Vicker products, including obsoleted and phased-out Vitec parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Venture product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Vicker such as the CG5060ACWB70 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 60288546RA manufactured by Vitec and we are pleased to be able to service most Vitec systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 21021054 by Manufacturer Venture as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Valcom Brand VPRT in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Warner such as MCS2000DRV equipment made by Warner have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Warner products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Warner" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available AZY8L0051351530694133 made by Vevor as well as the popular 2301F363100405MVHBBWIN8002125 original spares produced by Valmet Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the VTPC190R3 by Vartech and MCS2000DRV spares by Warner are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original VT104C2 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Vartech-Systems. |
