COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Warner-Electric products, including obsoleted and phased-out Watlow parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Warner-Electric product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Warner-Electric such as the MCS637 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DC2C4024C0S0 manufactured by Watlow and we are pleased to be able to service most Watlow systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 7115448006 by Manufacturer Warner-Electric as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Abb Brand SAFUC500F500 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Zellweger such as LifelineII12832001 equipment made by Zellweger have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Zellweger products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Zellweger" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available M41MV4140B95110 made by Visolux as well as the popular 2269402 original spares produced by Rosemount

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 5705BMSNG by Viatran and LifelineII12832001 spares by Zellweger are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 8045R42 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Verteq.
