COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Vacon VACONX5C40020C09 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Verity-Instruments products, including obsoleted and phased-out Valbia parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Warner product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Verity-Instruments such as the EP200Mmd spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 181A0022 manufactured by Valbia and we are pleased to be able to service most Valbia systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 6002448001 by Manufacturer Warner as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Vickers Brand EEAPAM523D30 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Warner such as 81744807 equipment made by Warner have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Warner products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Warner" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SWING63DUACHXUTS made by Vega as well as the popular VTPC150PSS original spares produced by Vartech Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1C5181D101K10AD by Ward-Leonard and 81744807 spares by Warner are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original G20122525L6T40SXP Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Walter. |
