COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Vacon V050072S110 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Vevor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Vevor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Waltco product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Vevor such as the ZZCXU004321563350100 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 4AZY8007401563350100 manufactured by Vevor and we are pleased to be able to service most Vevor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 70430021 by Manufacturer Waltco as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Walter Brand G201216R5T40SXP in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Viatran such as 510BMSX651 equipment made by Viatran have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Viatran products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Viatran" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 730305 made by Valeron as well as the popular FD2AA1394499 original spares produced by Venture Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the U29408 by Wallace--Tiernan and 510BMSX651 spares by Viatran are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original VEG Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Visolux. |
