COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Vacon NXS00346A2L0SSSA9A2000000 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Vat products, including obsoleted and phased-out Vickers parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Vacon product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Vat such as the 670EC24CPAJY1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 123L013AP1907 manufactured by Vickers and we are pleased to be able to service most Vickers systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature V050072S110 by Manufacturer Vacon as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Vernitron Brand BRP195A1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Viatran such as 349ARSK61G equipment made by Viatran have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Viatran products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Viatran" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PIC0980100 made by Valmet as well as the popular G20121212R3T16SXP original spares produced by Walter Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HMP233D2A0A2AA12A1A3B by Vaisala and 349ARSK61G spares by Viatran are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BIXX017212FRN Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Warner. |
