COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Vacon NXP00055A2H1SSSA1A2 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Vacon products, including obsoleted and phased-out Vibromatic parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Walter-Titex product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Vacon such as the VACON0020 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 2G1R manufactured by Vibromatic and we are pleased to be able to service most Vibromatic systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature E3111406 by Manufacturer Walter-Titex as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Vevor Brand ICXCX00343154397334 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Visolux such as SLVA equipment made by Visolux have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Visolux products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Visolux" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available DVC457MG made by Vortex as well as the popular 7000703011 original spares produced by Ward-Leonard Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 7781J36205 by Vne-Actuators--Automation and SLVA spares by Visolux are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original G201208R3T16SXP Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Walter. |
