COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Uticor 100G-5L1R4 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Vwr products, including obsoleted and phased-out Van-Der-Graaf parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Vacon product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Vwr such as the 10153356 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TM215B40420TBCW manufactured by Van-Der-Graaf and we are pleased to be able to service most Van-Der-Graaf systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature NXL00165C2H1SSS000 by Manufacturer Vacon as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Veris Brand PWLX05S in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Viatran such as 248BMSDE equipment made by Viatran have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Viatran products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Viatran" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 160MB2 made by Vimec as well as the popular G4RM0470VF original spares produced by Vishay Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the VPU2G by Vossloh-Schwabe and 248BMSDE spares by Viatran are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CEC815NNNN Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Walchem. |
